SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with applying either reduced or oxidized and reduced coenzyme Q10 for manufacturing the preparation to decrease fatigue; the method for increasing the level of coenzyme Q10 in animals' muscles, the method for increasing the level of reduced coenzyme Q10 in animals' muscles and the method for decreasing fatigue in vertebrates due to applying the preparation for decreasing the fatigue that contains either reduced or oxidized and reduced coenzyme Q10.
