FIELD: the invention refers to sorption methods of division of gas admixtures and degaussing of liquids and may be used in food industry, in medicine, in chemical, petrochemical and other branches of industry.

SUBSTANCE: the absoption-desorbing arrangement has flanges, between which there are a n-quantity of two-sheet cells limited and divided with a membrane, collectors for feeding and taking away gas and liquid into adjusting cavities of the cells and substrates located in the cavities of the cells. In the cavities for gas the substrates are fulfilled out of rigid porous material and are located on the whole area of the cells. In the cavities for liquid the substrates are fulfilled out of material impenetrable for liquid and located along the perimeter of the cells. The collectors for feeding and taking away gas and liquid are fulfilled inside the flanges and are connected with vertical through channels made in the cells and the substrates. The substrates in the cavities for liquid are fulfilled and located so that through them can pass only channels for feeding and taking way gas. At that the channels for feeding and taking away liquid are insulated from the cavities for gas.

EFFECT: increases efficiency of the arrangement and its operative reliability.
