FIELD: mixing engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises accumulating the material in the tank in layers and discharging the material simultaneously along the coordinate of accumulation. The material flows through the tank. The top given level of the material is set by maintaining the equality of the flow rates of supplying and discharging material. The discharging is performed by cyclic fluidization of the layers of material in the zone of discharging. The duration of the fluidizing cycles and the intervals between the cycles are the same and are 3-5 s.
EFFECT: enhanced quality of mixtures.
