SUBSTANCE: pulleys are mounted in strut, in yoke and on table of machine. Pulley arranged on table is controlled-tension pulley; pulley arranged in yoke is working pulley. Pulley arranged in strut in inter-axial space of other pulleys mounted in yoke and on table is drive pulley and it allows provide lowered size of yoke.
EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities of machine, reduced labor consumption at using it.
