FIELD: wood working industry.
SUBSTANCE: three-saw machine includes three fixed guides (1), the bent and sheet material movement device (2) with the synchronizer (3), three sawing mechanisms (4), the claw-type protection (5) and two chippers (6). The machine framework contains two U-shaped racks (7) connected among themselves by the upper longitudinal crossbeams (10). Two adjacent press rollers are installed on the protruding axes located on the ends of the crossbeam (23) of T-shaped lever. On two protruding ends of two lower longitudinal crossbeams the shaft (28) with support rollers (29) on the ends is installed in the bearing supports (27). From the bent and glued board two identical panel board preparations are obtained by format cutting on the three-saw machine in one pass along three generatrices of the bent and glued board for the sizes pre-determining the length of lamels. Then the vertical adjoining of panel board preparations into spring lamels with simultaneous profiling of their ribs is performed.
EFFECT: equipment design simplification, power consumption decrease, time of production of lamels is decreased.
