SUBSTANCE: method comprises applying first layer of the mixture of polyether resin with the powder pigment and solidifier, and say other decorative materials, e.g., glitters, solidifying the first layer at a high temperature, applying the second layer of polyether resin also containing powder pigment and solidifier on the first layer, drying the second layer at room temperature, and applying the construction layer of polyether resin on the second layer.
