FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of fibrous composite materials from prepregs based on epoxy binders and can be used for the manufacture of products from composite materials in instrument engineering, automotive, aviation, aerospace, electrical engineering, construction and other industries. Binder comprises an epoxy resin based on bisphenol A and a polyepoxy novolak resin, an anhydride hardener, a nanomodifier and a catalyst. Phosphonium salt of butyltriphenylphosphonium bromide is used as the catalyst, and graphene oxide is used as the nanomodifier.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the manufacturability of the binder and prepreg on its basis by improving the quality of the product obtained by lowering the curing temperature, reducing the curing time and increasing the retention time of the stickiness of the prepreg when it is stored.
