FIELD: chemical industry; methods of production of the polyol component by reprocessing the solid wastes of the polyurethane production.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of production of the polyol component by reprocessing the solid wastes of the polyurethane- foam rubber of A and B brands production. The method consists that they conduct destruction of the solid wastes by the chemical way dissolving the wastes by the heated alcohol solution of the alkali. Then the alcohol and the alkali are removed and the remained mass is introduced into the polyol component, intermix them and strain through the sieve. The invention allows to simplify the solid-waste reprocessing.
EFFECT: the invention ensures simplification of the solid-waste reprocessing.
