FIELD: chemical industry; method of production of the polyol component for production of the polyurethane foam.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of production of the polyol component for production of the polyurethane foam. The method consists that from the gelatinous wastes of production of the polyurethane foam by evaporation remove the solvent - methylene chloride, which is sent back in production. The remained solid fraction is introduced in the polyol component, intermixed, aged for up to 6 hours and strained through the sieve. The invention allows to simplify the process of reprocessing of the gelatinous type wastes.
EFFECT: the invention ensures simplification of the process of reprocessing of the gelatinous type wastes.
