SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to carry out clinoorthostatic sample to detect the type of autonomic supply of activity. One should measure the values of heart rate and pulse arterial pressure in the state of rest. Autonomic coefficient should be determined by Luscher's test. Coefficients of predisposition should be calculated by the following formulas: F1=3.53ET+09RRmin+0.07RRmax+0.99HFnorm+1.33LF-0.37AMo+0.37TI+1.22HRl+0.26PAPl+5.59NASA+6.13AC-165.72; F2=3.90ET+0.11RRmin+0.06RRmax+0.97HFnorm+1.37LF-0.32AMo+0.33TI-0.11HRVt.i.++1.28HRl+0.25PAPl+5.05NASA+6.66AC-170.94; F3=10.39ET+0.11RRmin+0.06RRmax+1.07HFnorm+1.51LF-0.37AMo+0.37TI-0.11HRVt.i+1.20HRl+0.35PAPl+6.22NASA+7.94AC-187.54, where F1 - predisposition coefficient to chronic gastroduodenitis; F2 - predisposition coefficient to autonomic dysfunction; F3 - coefficient of no predisposition to the states mentioned; EU - eutonia, presence - 1, absence - 0; RRmin - minimal RR interval (msec), RRmax - maximal RR interval (msec); HFnorm - standardized value of high-frequency waves power (c.u.); LF - relative value of low-frequency waves in total spectrum power (%); Amo - amplitude of mode (%); TI - tension index (c.u); HRVt.i.- triangular index (c.u.); HRl - heart rate in lying position according to clinoorthosample data (strokes/min); PAPl - pulse arterial pressure according to clinoorthosample data (mm mercury column); N ASA - normal type of autonomic supply of activity, presence - 1, absence - 0; AC - autonomic coefficient by Luscher's test (c.u.). At maximal F1 value out of 3 obtained ones one should predict the predisposition to chronic gastroduodenitis. In case of maximal F2 value one should determine the predisposition to autonomic dysfunction. Maximal F3 value illustrates the absence of predisposition to the states mentioned. The innovation enables to achieve improved diagnostics due to taking into account integral values of hemodynamics.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
