FIELD: hygiene; medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to occupational health and medicine and concerns assessing the probability of health disorders associated with developing production-related arterial hypertension, workers of chrome ore mines subjected to combined action of harmful factors: aerogenic exposure of chrome ore dust, vibration and noise. That is ensured by determining such parameters as presence of asthenic syndrome, daily profile of arterial pressure with determination of variability of systolic arterial pressure and diastolic arterial pressure, tonus of the vegetative nervous system in a state of clinostasis and an index of intensity in clinostasis and in a state of orthostasis, and an index of intensity in orthostasis, a condition of functional activity of vascular endothelium; thickness of intima media complex; stiffness of arteries by determining pulse wave and cardiovascular vascular index rate, cortisol, blood glucose, uric acid and low-density lipoprotein levels. Method then includes subsequent comparison of all said laboratory and functional indicators with physiological norm, and by degree of deviation of the set of these values from the norm, a conclusion is made on insignificant, moderate or high probability of development of industrial-conditioned arterial hypertension in the worker.
EFFECT: it provides individual graduation of health risk caused by probability of developing hypertension for subsequent adequate medical and preventive measures.
