METHOD FOR DETERMINING TYPE OF GENDER ROLE IDENTITY BASED ON OBJECTIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC A61B5/02 A61B5/346

Abstract RU 2804200 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to pathological physiology and psychophysiology, and can be used to determine the type of gender role identity (GRI) based on objective characteristics of the cardiovascular system. Using rheography and rhythmocardiography, the values of stroke volume of blood flow, minute volume of blood flow, stroke index, systolic index, heart rate, integral tonicity coefficient, standard deviation of a successive series of RR intervals, the square root of the sum of the differences of a successive series of RR intervals, the proportion of neighbouring RR intervals are determined that differ by more than 50 ms, autonomic balance index, autonomic rhythm indicator, indicator of the adequacy of regulatory processes, tension index, indicator of the activity of regulatory systems are determined. Then, based on the data obtained, the discriminant functions f1 and f2 are determined using the given formulas. The initial coefficients of the discriminant functions are selected, and then the distance from the points to the centroids is calculated using the given formulas. The gender role identity group of the subject is determined by the smallest calculated distance.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to predict the risk of developing psychosomatic pathology in individuals of different gender role identities by taking into account the individual characteristics of the development of emotional stress and determining the type of PRI that predisposes to the development of psychosomatic disorders by assessing the totality of the most significant indicators.
