FIELD: medicine, functional diagnostics.

SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to introduce radiopharmpreparation subcutaneously along anterior-median surface of the upper femoral third, in projection of surface lymph vessels and lymph nodes. Testing should be carried out in two stages. Moreover, at the first stage - in the state of rest one should evaluate resorptive function of lymph capillaries according to the rate of radiopharmpreparation cutaneous elimination. The state of valvular system and the presence of retrograde circulation should be evaluated at the second stage after a 1-h-long physical loading. The declared method enables to evaluate the state valvular system of lymph correctors of inferior limbs, visualize pathological retrograde lymph flow, accumulation of radiopharmpreparation in regional lymph nodes and detect the cause of affected lymph drainage of inferior limbs.
