NONINVASIVE DIAGNOSTIC TECHNIQUE FOR ABNORMAL LYMPHATIC AND VENOUS VESSELS OF LOWER EXTREMITIES Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC A61B5/53

Abstract RU 2445918 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely functional diagnostics. Circulatory collapse is stated by typing microcirculation of skin of lower extremities by fixed density probe radiation, generating an analogue signal in the form of an amplitude-time graph used to determine a mean microcirculation value to be transformed with using Fourier analysis. The probe radiation covers a medial epimalleolar region of patient's lower extremities which is located at 1-2 cm from an upper border of a medial malleolus in a proximal direction with the patient being in a lying position for 3-5 minutes that is followed by one more probe radiation covering the same region with the patient standing. The different forms of slow wave harmonic in the range of 0.01-0.14 Hz and pulse harmonic in the range of 0.8 Hz - 1.6 Hz, abnormal venous and lymphatic vessels of lower extremities are diagnosed.

EFFECT: technique provides more reliable differential diagnosis of abnormal venous and lymphatic vessels of lower extremities that is ensured by signal form analysis.
