FIELD: medicine, pulmonology.
SUBSTANCE: as the evaluated characteristics of voice sound applied onto thoracic surface one should apply amplitudes (A) and frequencies (f) of three spectral maximums located upon harmonically connected frequencies at the level of 60 dB, not lower against the level of the first maximum, then it is necessary to calculate the ratios A12/f21, A23/f32, the difference ▵A12 of A1 and A2 values above symmetrical points of testing right-hand (D) and left-hand (S), moreover, one should compare the obtained values against corresponding threshold values for this particular disease type. Pathological decrease of pneumotization in the point of testing should be fixed if one conditions is met chosen out of A12/f21 is below the first threshold value of the present parameter (A12/f21)p1, A23/f32 is below the first threshold value of the present parameter (A23/f32)p1, f1 is above threshold value of the present parameter (f1)p, ▵A12 is below the first threshold value of the present parameter (▵A12)p1 for the points of right-hand lung under testing, ▵A12 is above the second threshold value of the present parameter (▵A12)p1 for the points of left-hand lung under testing. Pathological increase of pneumotization in the point of testing should be fixed if A12/f21 is above the second threshold value of the present parameter (A12/f21)p2 and/or A23/f32 is above the second threshold value of the present parameter (A23/f32)p2. The innovation enables to carry out diagnostics of pathological focal disorders in human lungs due to detecting new. More informative, objectively and automatically evaluated characteristics of voice sound applied onto thoracic surface being of high discriminating property.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of acoustic diagnostics.
