SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to phthisiology and physiotherapy, and can be used in treating patients with disseminated and infiltrative forms of tuberculosis. Treatment is carried out in six stages. At the first stage, the patient is clinically examined. At the second stage, multispiral computed tomography of MSCT of chest organs is carried out, prevalence of tuberculosis process is determined and clinical form of pulmonary tuberculosis is determined. At the third stage, a clinical diagnosis is established, and chemotherapy is carried out taking into account drug resistance and the presence of comorbidities. At the fourth stage, the possibility of carrying out physiotherapeutic treatment techniques is determined. Fifth stage involves physiotherapeutic procedures. Two weeks after the beginning of the anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy, the therapeutic course is carried out with electromagnetic waves of extremely high frequency. That is followed by a course of low-intensity laser therapy on chest organs with two emitters. That is followed by a course of ultrasonic therapy on the chest area.
