FIELD: processes and equipment for processing fluids contaminated with polychlorinated biphenyl.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of combining processed fluid with liquid containing one or several liquid hydrocarbons for preparing mixture fluid/liquid; subjecting prepared mixture to acoustic treatment at audio frequency for extracting polychlorinated biphenyl from fluid to liquid; treating received liquid by sodium-containing alkali metal. Method may include additional steps for reducing size of fluid particles. After acoustic treatment such liquid may be decanted from fluid and subjected to separate treatment by sodium-containing alkali metal.

EFFECT: possibility of mobile treatment of fluid at contamination place, effective disruption of contaminations at minimum number of treatment steps.
