FIELD: chemical industry; methods and devices for the reliable treatment of the different polymeric raw materials used in production of the containers of the very complex geometry with very strict data sheets.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of manufacture of the hollow polymeric articles and to the device used for the method realization. The technical result of the invention is provision of the reliable treatment of the various polymeric raw materials, provision of manufacture of the containers of the very complex geometry with the very strict data sheets at the high reliability of the production. The invention ensures matching of the equipment at manufacture of the big and small hollow articles at simultaneous reduction of the polymeric wastes, ensures achievement of the identical properties of the containers and the quality parameters irrespective of the number of the concavities of each blowing out form. Reduction of the idle times number happened at the side shift of the blowing forms on the site of the blow-forming. The technical result is reached in the method of manufacture of the hollow articles, at which the polymeric hose during the whole cycle of the extrusion and injection-blowing is continuously hold from the opposite sides of blowing form. At that the polymeric hose is extruded continuously, and after the injection-blowing of the hollow article the polymeric hose is disconnected from the side facing form the blowing form extrusion head. The method is realized by the device for manufacture of the hollow articles, in particular, the plastic bottles which one contains the blowing form, from adverse bottles, which one contains the blowing form, on the opposite sides of which there are holding tools for the polymeric hose, and the separating tool is located on the side of the blowing form facing from the extrusion head.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the reliable treatment of the various polymeric raw materials, manufacture of the containers of the very complex geometry with the very strict data sheets at the high reliability of the production; matching of the equipment at manufacture of the big and small hollow articles at simultaneous reduction of the polymeric wastes, achievement of the identical properties of the containers and the quality parameters irrespective of the number of the concavities of each blowing out form.
