FIELD: aircraft manufacture.
SUBSTANCE: proposed aircraft has fuselage, engine plant, landing gear and rudder. Fuselage is made in form of thin-walled cone at vertex angle of 140-150° with vertex downward and base upward. Saloon for crew, cargo, controls and equipment is located inside fuselage. Cone is provided with swivel plates for pitch and bank control.
EFFECT: enhanced safety of flight.
