FIELD: dispatcher control and monitoring of moving vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: system contains central dispatching station with automated dispatcher workplace based on computer and with multi-channel transmitter-receiver, and also units for exchanging data between message transmitter and multi-channel central dispatching station transmitter-receiver. At central dispatching station, as multi-channel transmitter-receiver, client station is used, transmitting-receiving module of which through close communication channel is connected to transmitting-receiving module, connected to computer of automated dispatcher workplace. Data exchange units are positioned on mobile units. As each data exchange unit, client station is used, transmitting-receiving module of which through wireless close communication channel is connected to transmitting-receiving modules of message transmitters. Aforementioned transmitters are positioned in control points of route and each one contains a microcontroller, connected to which are a multi-channel transmitter-receiver, speech input-output block and transmitting-receiving module. Client station of each mobile unit contains a control block, made on microcontroller, connected to which are a multi-channel transmitter, control panel, speech input-output block, display and transmitting-receiving module. All client station systems are connected to cell phone communication network.
EFFECT: with low material costs it is possible to create a dispatcher system for controlling route transport, ensuring possible operative speech communication between dispatcher and driver of any mobile unit, being on movement route or outside it, initiated by either side.
