SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to vehicle traffic control means and appliances allowing tracing the observance of freight transportation regulations. For this, a vehicle parameter recorder is used in automated conditions operating by a certain algorithm with a preset increment to control, via a set of pickups and GPS/GLONASS navigation system, the vehicle motion parameters, its position. To compare them with the preset limiting values and, given any deviations from the said limiting values, to generate an appropriate signal. The said signal is automatically transmitted to traffic, weight and overall sizes control stations recording violations and automatically calculating penalty measures to be brought to the vehicle driver. Also, the said vehicle recorder automatically keep minutes of the vehicle path and records all violations along the route.

EFFECT: control over vehicle operating conditions, its location, possible violations of road laws and those of freight and passengers transportation, on-line information for territorial control services on whatever violations.
