After receipt of absolute permissions with first user equipment ID, user equipment dispatches data of reverse communication line within limits of allowed maximal data transfer speed, denoted by absolute permission, and receives relative permission in following transmission time interval. After receipt of absolute permission with second user equipment ID, user equipment does not receive RG.
EFFECT: increased capacity of direct communication line.
