SUBSTANCE: transfer of planning command into subscriber equipment is carried out from basic station having multiple sectors. In process of transfer basic station makes a planning command and sends it into subscriber equipment via at least one of multiple sectors.
EFFECT: improved detection of signal sent from basic station only via one sector, due to possible relatively bad condition of channel.
