SUBSTANCE: they prepare the formula components, cutting, frying in melted butter and chopping on the cutter of mutton and ham, cutting, blanching in melted butter and chopping on the cutter of onions and garlic, cutting, blanching and chopping on the cutter of celery root, blanching and chopping on the cutter of carrots, cutting, freesing and chopping on the cutter of fresh white cabbage, freesing and chopping on the cutter of beans and lettuce, chopping on the cutter of garlic and home-made sausage, boiling till double mass increase and chopping on the cutter of peas. They mix the specified components with bone soup, tomato paste, cooking salt and CO2-extracts of biomass of the specified type of micromycet, black hot pepper, chili and caraway. They pack the obtained blend into aluminium tubes, seal and sterilise.
EFFECT: allows to get new preserves for space feeding with an increased digestibility in comparison with a similar culinary dish.
