SUBSTANCE: method involves chopping goose meat and mixing it with bread crumbs, edible salt, CO2-extract of pyrolysis wood and black bitter pepper to produce farce; freezing and defrosting fresh cabbage leaves, without oxygen access, and forming farce therein to produce garnish; cutting and frying goose meat in melted butter; mixing white wine, bone soup, edible salt, and black bitter pepper for producing of sauce; packing goose meat, garnish and sauce; pressurizing and sterilizing.
EFFECT: increased digestibility of novel canned food as compared to similar culinary dish.
