SUBSTANCE: method involves shredding and freezing fresh cabbage; cutting and slightly frying bulb onion and fat; cutting fresh herring fillet; cutting and frying ham; mixing said components, without oxygen access, with tomato paste, acetic acid, edible salt and CO2-extract of pyrolysis wood; packing resultant mixture and fish soup; pressurizing and sterilizing.
EFFECT: increased digestibility of canned food.
