SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing canned food for cosmic nutrition due to cutting, roasting in melted butter and reducing fish fillet upon a chopper, chopping, freezing and reducing new white head cabbage, fresh mushrooms and onions upon a chopper, grating apples, frying wheat flour in melted butter and mixing the above-mentioned components with fish broth, tomato paste, citric acid, sugar, common salt and a CO2-extract of hot black pepper to pack the mixture obtained into aluminum tubes followed by sealing and sterilization. The innovation enables to manufacture new canned food being of higher digestibility against analogous culinary dishes.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
