SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out ultrasonic examination of small intestine motor function. Intestine diameter and intestine content flow speed is determined. External small intestine diameter being above 20±0.3 mm, intestine content flow speed being above 25±1.8 cm/s, normal state is to be diagnosed. External small intestine diameter being equal to 21±0.3 mm, intestine content flow speed being equal to 20±1.1 cm/s, mild colitis is to be diagnosed. External small intestine diameter being equal to 23±0.5 mm, intestine content flow speed being equal to 16±0.2 cm/s, moderate severity degree colitis is to be diagnosed. External small intestine diameter being equal to 261±0.4 mm, intestine content flow speed being equal to 14±0.3 cm/s, severe colitis case is to be diagnosed.
EFFECT: high accuracy in determining colitis severity degree; enabled noninvasive dynamic control over small intestine motor evacuation function.
