FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orphopedics.

SUBSTANCE: extended external approach to a joint is made, osteotomy of neck of femur prolonged to the frontal surface of the distal medialised fragment of the femur is performed. The head is removed from the cavity. Pelvic component of the prosthesis is implanted. The plate of greater trochanter is dissected out. Medullary canal of femur is treated by rasps. Bone wedge is dissected on the top of diaphysis deformation. Dissected bone fragments are out together on the rasp. Reposition and stability of the prosthesis are examined. The rasp is changed for a femoral component of the prosthesis of triclinic type with diaphysial fixation. The head is set into the cavity. The dissected plate of greater trochanter is fixed to femur. Correction of the axis of femoral segment and compression at the joint of the fragments are made by a transosseous spine device of external fixation. The supporting compression between the fragments on a leg of the prosthesis during post-surgical period till diaphysis of femur is completely joined.

EFFECT: restoration of limb's axis, stable fixation of dyaphysis fragments on the leg of endoprosthesis, fast joining of femur, time decrease of treatment.
