FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: superficial hip joint endoprosthesis with a cellular structure and a bioactive coating contains a stem made of titanium alloy powder using additive technology, in the form of a longitudinal body. One, intraosseous part of the stem is intended for installation into the bone, the second part of the stem is intended to accommodate the head mating with the acetabular component, the second part contains a collar, a neck and an installation cone, characterized by the fact that the intraosseous part is made in the form of a straight elliptical cylinder intended for placement intraosseous part along the neck, reaching the proximal metaphysis and without extending into other parts of the femur, the intraosseous part is equipped with longitudinal channels and transverse channels located in two transverse directions, the channels are hexagonal in shape, the channels are located not further than the level of the shoulder, the surface of the intraosseous part is external and internal channels contains a bioactive hydroxyapatite coating, saturated with an antibiotic.
EFFECT: invention ensures an increase in the “survival” period of the endoprosthesis by means of its complete integration into the bone and compliance of its architectonics with the architectonics of the bone.
