FIELD: medicine, possible usage during treatment of snoring.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the invention, working plane of bed or bed mat with raised head part is moved to inclined pos at an angle from 2 to 5 degrees relatively to horizontal plane. Such angle of inclination is achieved by placing blocks with height from 5 to 15cm under bed supports or head part of bed mat. Before sleep or after sleep on inclined plane of bed or bed mat with raised head part, curative-fitness training exercises are performed, such as breathing exercise or physical exercise for muscles of neck and larynx.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of snoring treatment due to possible durational maintenance of optimal pose during sleep in any conditions, and also allows to avoid traumatic correction methods.
