SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to treating obstructive sleeping apnoea. There is provided elongated element comprising a central zone with first and second ends; a first branch extends from the first end of the central reinforced zone, and a second branch extends from the second end of the central reinforced zone; the first and second branches have integrated fastening elements provided on distal free ends of the above first and second branches. The central zone of the above elongated element is implanted into a tongue. The above first and second branches are pulled through the tongue to engage the distal free ends of the above first and second branches and the submandibular muscles. The above first branch and second branch are strained to pull a posterior surface of the tongue back from an opposite surface of a pharyngeal wall. The soft tissues of the submandibular muscles are coupled with the integrated fastening elements provided on the distal free ends of the above first and second branches to fasten the above first and second branches in the submandibular muscles.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables reducing the formation of cicatrical tissue, providing a prolonged effect.
