SUBSTANCE: method involves puncturing epidural space at the level of Th7-Th-12 and introducing 15-20 ml of Naropin on the background of intravenous Propofol and Fentanyl anesthesia. Then, intravenous adrenalin infusion is carried out at a rate of 0.1 mg/h.
EFFECT: improved conditions for carrying out hypotensive anesthesia; reduced intraoperative blood losses.
