Then, 20 minutes before the end of the operation, an infusion of 1000 mg of Perfalgan is used, and at the stage of wound suturing, 20 ml of 0.5% bupivacaine solution is supplemented with 1 ml of 10 mcg of epinephrine. Subsequently, on the 1st and 2nd days after surgery, tranexamic acid is administered at a dose of 6 mg/kg.
