FIELD: pediatrics, psychiatry, and immunology.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises determining totality of significant diagnostic, catamnestic, clinical-psychopathological, and immunological indications allowing earlier-stage diagnosis of formation of emotional and behavioral troubles in children. In 8-12 year-aged children, significant anamnesis features such as acute respiratory diseases occurring four or more times yearly are revealed; leukocytic formula from the general blood analysis id computed; nitro blue tetrazolium spontaneous reduction reaction (spontaneous NBT test) data are estimated. Further, anxiety level in children according to "Children's manifest anxiety scale (CMAS)" is determined. Availability of acute respiratory diseases occurring four or more times yearly, lymphocytosis above 37, monocytosis above 10, neutrophilosis above 51, spontaneous NBT test above 29, and anxiety level 7 or higher, all this is indicative of emotional and behavioral troubles in children.
EFFECT: ensured high clinical validity of the method and productivity of employment thereof for a wide spectrum of professional tasks.
