FIELD: equipment for manufacture of building materials; manufacture of multi-layer concrete blocks.
SUBSTANCE: proposed concrete mixing system of building block production line includes reservoir for water and reservoirs for sand, cement and fillers, conveyers, proportioner, mixer with loading and unloading ports and transfer unit with swivel member, as well as digital command and measuring unit, additional reservoir for sand filler, mixer and skip hoist. Mixers are mounted on middle stage of three-stage frame having inclined section connecting its lower, middle and upper stages. All conveyers are made in form of screw feeders with controllers-switches. Skip hoist is made in form of skip reservoir provided with loading and unloading ports and swivel cover fitted with rollers; it is mounted on transportation carriage moving over inclined section of frame with the aid of winch provided with drive. Lower stage of frame is provided with supports where swivel frame with sensor is mounted for turn around horizontal axis; other end of this frame is secured on pneumatic cylinder rod and is engageable with proportioner platform provided with strain gauges connected with digital command and measuring control unit. Inclined section of frame is made in form of roller table with side guide tracks and grooves located above transfer unit and engageable with rollers of swivel cover of skip reservoir unloading port. Winch drive of skip hoist is mounted on upper stage of frame. Transfer unit is mounted on inclined section of frame above mixer and is made in form of forked box with two lower box-shaped chutes engageable with loading ports of mixers; forked box is provided with swivel member mounted inside it in area of its splitting and provided with drive controlled with the aid of control unit.
EFFECT: increased productivity of system; extended functional capabilities; reduction of idle time; enhanced operational reliability; reduction of time required for transportation of components due to compact arrangement of reservoirs.
