FIELD: explosives.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of loose explosives. Complex for production of granular explosive (GE) comprises modular containers, two of which – upper and lower – are installed one on the other and are interconnected by a hatch for unloading of finished GE. In the upper container there is a mixer and a tray for transport packages of a solid dispersed combustible component (SDCC). Mixer is designed as a drum one with the possibility of supplying a liquid combustible component (LCC), SDCC and an oxidizer into it, as well as with the possibility of unloading the finished GE through the hatch for unloading of the finished GE into the finished GE accumulation bin. In the lower container under the finished GE accumulation bin there is a finished GE batcher arranged with the possibility of metered supply of the finished GE from the finished GE accumulation bin into the finished GE transport packages. In the lower container there is a tray for transport packages of the oxidizer. Complex is equipped with a skip hoist with a skip box moved up and down by means of a drive. Upper and lower containers are interconnected by a hatch for the skip hoist. Skip hoist is made with possibility to move upward skip box with transport packages of SDCC from lower container through hatch for skip hoist to upper container to tray for transport packages of SDCC. Skip hoist is configured to move down the skip box from the upper container through the hatch for the skip hoist to the lower container. Skip hoist is configured to load oxidizer from transport packages of oxidizer into skip box in lower container. Top and bottom containers are interconnected by SDCC unloading hatch. SDCC unloading hatch is interconnected with SDCC bin with possibility of loading SDCC from transport packages of SDCC in upper container into said bin. In the lower container under the SDCC bin there is a SDCC dispenser arranged with the possibility of dosed supply of SDCC from the SDCC bin into the skip box, which is in the position corresponding to the oxidizer loading into it in the bottom container. Skip hoist is made with possibility of upward movement of skip box with oxidizer and SDCC from lower container through hatch for skip hoist to upper container into mixer drum.

EFFECT: increasing safety while increasing productivity in the preparation of granulated explosives (GE).
