FIELD: construction, particularly protected paid car parking structure.

SUBSTANCE: parking comprises at least one row of parking compartments. Each compartment is defined by road pavement surface bounded with road marking and has dimensions to provide parking of car having maximal dimensions and selected from car group including cars to be accommodated in the parking. Each compartment is provided with unauthorized car departure prevention means, which precludes from unauthorized car driving out of the compartment. The unauthorized car departure prevention means includes a number of blocking plates having blocking members on plate surfaces. Blocking plate set is installed in depression formed in pavement within the limits of compartment. Plates are arranged in keyboard order and directed obliquely to compartment sides. Parking structure also has control station to record data concerning event of car driving into compartment and data concerning event of car leaving the compartment and car parking time to be paid for. The data are received from corresponding pickups installed in each compartment.

EFFECT: prevention of unauthorized car departure.
