FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: multilevel parking contains separate interconnected boxes for storage of vehicles, which are located in near-house territory of access roads and parking pockets, lifting mechanisms. Boxes are assembled in blocks arranged in dry areas available in underground zone of access roads and parking pockets of near-house territory. Blocks are arranged as racks in the form of multilevel horizontal parking sites installed one above another and joined by vertical stands. Support surface of parking sites is equipped with fixing shoes with registering detector of vehicle availability. Lifting mechanism is located on the bottom of dry area under lower site of lower box. Upper site of upper box comprises pavement, is located at the pavement level, is arranged as slightly convex and is equipped with shoulders along perimeter. Dry area along perimeter is equipped with protective elements. At least one of boxes in block lower level is connected by tunnel with house basement.

EFFECT: simplification of parking design.
