PROCEDURE FOR PREPARING WELL PUMP EQUIPMENT BY GARIPOV TO OPERATION Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC E21B23/00 

FIELD: gas-and-oil producing industry.

SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in assembly of equipment on surface, in lowering pipes of electric pump and packer on string and in arranging them at specified depth. Also, there is primarily lowered the electric pump with an immersed electric motor to a cable jack. Further, pump equipment is assembled on surface. The power cable is passed through mounted elements of the packer; the power cable is connected with the immersed electric motor; a packer mandrel with a slot is installed on the electric pump or on the flow string; the slot in the mandrel of the packer is filled with sealing filler; further, the power cable is immersed into it; liquid sealing filler is conditioned to complete or partial hardening and mounted elements are arranged on the mandrel of the packer. The electric pump is then lowered into the well with the immersed electric motor and the packer with mounted elements to specified depth. The packer is packed; wellhead accessories with a cable entry are assembled; and the power cable is connected to a ground control station.

EFFECT: raised efficiency of well pump equipment operation, particularly at simultaneous separate development of several reservoirs.
