FIELD: oil-producing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to oil-producing industry, namely to method of packering in operation and development of oil wells. Packer contains hollow shaft with the main sealing element and multifunctional channel installed in the shaft and filled with filler, where at least one cable and one control instrument are located. Packer is equipped with additional sealing element, which is installed on the hollow shaft at the preset distance from the main sealing element with formation of circulation chamber between them after packer installation in intertubular space, the chamber communicates by means of control instrument installed in multifunctional channel with subpacker zone, and at least one relief valve/controller, which is installed under the main sealing element and accordingly installed in the transverse channel, arranged in the hollow shaft, or at least in one well chamber installed under the main sealing element. The external diameter of hollow shaft between the sealing elements does not exceed the diameter of sealing elements. Control instrument, which is installed in multifunctional channel, is installed in its bottom part. Circulating chamber is installed with the possibility of communication with internal cavity of hollow shaft by means of relief valve/controller. It provides increase of packer operation efficiency during pump operation of wells.
