FIELD: vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pipeline transport, and can be used in the steel pipes with internal and external anticorrosive coatings manufacturing. In the method, before the anticorrosive polymer coating application, the steel pipes ends are calibrated relative to the steel pipe axis, mechanically processing the steel pipes ends and welding the corrosion-resistant metal alloy bushings to them. Inner and outer coating on the joint is applied onto the pipe after welding of the bushing from the corrosion-resistant metal alloy at the pipes ends with width three times of the welding joint width and with thickness of at least 200 mcm.
EFFECT: invention enables simplification of the steel pipes with internal and external anticorrosive polymer coating installation in the field environment, pipeline cross-section preservation in the welded joint area, increase in the pipeline corrosion resistance.
