FIELD: medicine, hygienic products.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation could be applied as hygienic means to remove skin irritation as a result of a patient's leg rubbing with inferior edges of a diaper's strips that move along hips during movement. The suggested hygienic products have got anterior and posterior sections and an intermediate insert the width of which is less than anterior and posterior sections, and a longitudinal line of symmetry (A-A) that comes from the middle of posterior edge of posterior section towards the middle of anterior edge of anterior section. Moreover, such hygienic products have an absorption body being between the inner surface layer out of liquid-permeable material, and external surface out of liquid-tight material. Lateral parts of anterior and posterior sections are connected together with the refixed fixing element due to the first mechanical joint so, that during application when lateral parts are connected due to lap joint that take the configuration of pantie briefs with one opening for waist and two openings for legs. The belt out of soft and flexible material, one edge of which is constantly fixed to lateral part of that anterior or posterior part which at usage is connected due to lap joint with lateral part of another section is folded above every edge of the opening for legs and designed with possibility for refixing upon external side being connected due to lap joint with lateral part of interconnected lateral parts due to the second mechanical joint.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of application.
