FIELD: working materials by cutting, working openings.
SUBSTANCE: tool includes body with stop member where cutting member is arranged with possibility of directed motion by action of elastic member. Cutting member has at least one cutting portion and it is forced by action of elastic member and pressing screw to stop member. In order to enlarge manufacturing possibilities due to simplification of manufacturing process, tool is provided with flanged sleeve mounted in opening of tool body. Flange of sleeve is designed for engaging with supporting surface formed on tool body. Cutting member has lengthwise riffles for engaging with riffles formed in portion of sleeve opening adjacent to flange. Pressing screw is mounted in threaded portion of sleeve opening arranged opposite flange. Elastic member is in the form of elastic portion of sleeve arranged between riffled portion and threaded portion. Sleeve has in its rifled portion lengthwise groove used for passing stop member in order to fix sleeve against rotation.
EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities of method.
