FIELD: metal cutting processes and tools, working of openings.

SUBSTANCE: tool includes body with opening where cutting member is mounted with possibility of directional motion. Cutting member has working part with cutting edges and mounting part with resting surface for engaging with bearing member mounted in tool body; elastic member for forcing cutting member to bearing member. In order to enlarge manufacturing possibilities, mounting part of cutting member has lengthwise symmetry axis coincided with axis of body opening and it also has riffles parallel to said axis and designed for engaging with riffles of formed in opening of tool body. Bearing member is arranged coaxially relative to said lengthwise axis and it has elastic dents with common outer cone surface for engaging to inner cone surface formed in opening of tool body and inner surface for engaging to resting surface of mounting part of tool. Elastic member is mounted in central opening of resting member.

EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities of tool.
