FIELD: building materials industry; methods of optimization of the process of manufacture of the lime sand bricks.

SUBSTANCE: the invention may be used for manufacture of the lime sand brick applied for construction of the buildings and structures of the above-ground and underground assignment. The technical result of the invention is the increased strength of the bricks. For manufacture of the lime sand bricks the bank sand is fed into conical yard by the bulldozer to the excavator, load it into the receiving hopper, feed it for grinding and-or onto the grate with the size of meshes of 100 x 100 mm, and-or into the consumption bin of the mass-treatment section, and the lump lime - into the warehouse and after its grinding - into the consumption bin. The lime is added with the dolomite powder and the ceramsite sand. The lime and the bank sand are fed onto the reversal conveyor above the mill, where they are mixed. Then add the clay and the produced binding material is fed into the consumption bin of the mass treated section, intermixed with the sand in the two-rollers mixer, added with the water and preheated by the steam, the lime is additionally hydrated in the metallic silos. The silicate mixture is homogenized and additionally moistened, sift the foreign particles, mold under the pressure of 20 MPa and more. The spoilage and the spills are sent back into the press mixer. The autoclave treatment exercised by the direct saturated steam with temperature of 174.5°С according to the following mode: the rise of the pressure - 1-1.5 h, the aging - 5.9-8.1 h, relief of the pressure - 1.5-1.6 hours. The steam is salvaged, the silicate brickbats are sent into the lime warehouse or into the lime consumption bin.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased strength of the lime sand bricks.
