FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing of lime-sand brick with return of technological water and faeces drains into closed production cycle, in which charge is prepared, raw brick is shaped, thermally treated, dried and baked, finished goods are unloaded, packed and stacked. At the same time ecological components in the form of lime-sand brick binders mixed with slaked lime are assessed. Sand is deposited onto depositing site, sand is supplied to shaker for separation of inclusions, river sand is delivered to feed hopper, lime run-of-quarry stone is produced into receiving hopper, from where it is sent to jaw breaker by tray feeder and crushed. Lime run-of-quarry stone is sent to shaker, from where fractionated lime stone is sent into two feed hoppers, from where lime stone is loaded to slip hoist, which is used to charge fractionated lime stone into two lime calcinators. From calcinator fractionated lime stone is sent to plate conveyor and into jaw breaker for grinding of fractionated lime stone into fractions of not more than 40 mm. After that elevator and belt conveyor are used to supply quick lime into hopper storage. At the same time binding elements are prepared, including faeces and dry residue. Belt feeder is used to supply binder made of faeces and dry mixture into two-roller mixer, from where after feeding and mixing activity of mixture should not exceed 8-8.5% with addition of service water in process of mixing and moistening of silicate mix with condensate.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of waste water usage.
