FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of packaging materials, particularly to method and plant for multilayer polymer cellular web producing. Method for of cellular web production, which includes stages, at which extrusion of first central film, second middle film, top and bottom films from polymer granules is performed. Performing vacuum-moulding of first central film and second middle film on vacuum forming shafts with projections by giving first central film and second middle film structures, having mirror symmetry relative to each other. Middle layer is formed due to welding by heating of first central film and second Middle film, ensuring their thermal diffusion. At that, every ledge of first central film is welded to corresponding projection of second central film. Upper layer is formed by moulding and calibration of top film by its passing through forming and gauging shafts. Lower layer is formed by moulding and calibration of bottom film by its passing through forming and gauging shafts. Obtaining cellular web by means of upper layer and bottom layer connection with middle layer by heating upper layer lower surface, bottom layer upper surface, middle layer top and bottom surfaces near connection zone by means of heated air.

EFFECT: improved physical and mechanical properties of web, higher efficiency of its fabrication process, reduced time and energy costs, reduced mechanical stresses and improved quality of connections.
