FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: engine is designed for operation as hydropneumatic drive. It contains cylinder in form of bellows variable-capacity chamber. Its movable end face is coupled with drive device. Inlet and outlet main lines are made of sections of flexible pipeline playing part of shutoff valves when being bent over, and as distributing shutoff devices. Drive device is made in form of crank-and-connecting rod mechanism. It consists of movable end face of working chamber on which through piece connecting rod is installed which, through friction bushing attached to connecting rod and fitted on crankshaft journal, transforms pulsating reciprocation of movable end face of working chamber into rotation of crankshaft. Flywheel is fitted on crankshaft. Inlet and outlet main lines are located at both sides and across axes of working chamber and crankshaft. Movable ends of main lines are connected to each other and to working chamber by through T-piece-connecting rod.
EFFECT: provision of adequate sealing of entire system, increased efficiency and reliability of machine in operation.
