FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in automated process control systems for evaluating the quality of fuels and engine oils. Automated plant comprises high-speed three-cylinder engine 1 with crank gear 2. Engine lubrication system 6 consists of a connected to the coolant supply module water-to-oil heat exchanger 7 connected at the inlet by oil line 8 to crankcase 9, and with crank mechanism 2 and crankshaft 4 cavity at the outlet. Coolant circulation circuit is connected to inlet 18 and outlet 19 branch pipes of engine cooling jacket 20, in which there is an independent electric pump 21 connected to expansion tank 22 of liquid heat exchanger 14. To create a stable fuel-air mixture of a given composition, module 30 is provided, which is connected to the combustion chamber of engine 1. Control unit 11 is connected to shutoff valve 36 installed in auxiliary line 37. Auxiliary line 37 is made with several outlet channels 38 with nozzles 39, which spray oil at angle of 80 degrees to the lower part of the bottom of piston 3.
EFFECT: expanded the functionality of the installation by creating conditions for increased heat removal from engine parts when it operates at full load at high speeds.
